Plantella is going virtual! 

And this time we're bringing more of our MP community along for the ride...

It's been a tough few months, many industries have been hard hit by recent events. Few have been affected more than the arts and hospitality industries. Our vision for Plantella has always been to support local and this has never been more relevent than now. We believe in the power of plants, music, art & community and we're bringing them all together to create one unique virtual event to entertain and delight you from the comfort of your couch while supporting small business and the local economy.

How will it work?

On the day you will be emailed a link to join the private Facebook group at 12:00pm where the party will be starting. If you are a VIP ticket holder you will get early access at 11:30am to the password protected online plant store. We recommend joining in with your laptop or tv and keeping a phone or tablet handy to shop.

If you have purchased plants or art during the sale we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange delivery. Deliveries will occur in the 7 days following the sale. If you want to know where we are delivering to and how to quality for free delivery check out it out Here

FAQ’s

What do I need to attend the festival?
An internet connection, a device to participate in the festival and a Facebook account.

How does a virtual festival work?
Once you purchase a ticket you will be registered for the event. Before the event starts you will receive an email to the email you used to purchase your ticket. In the email you will find a link to the Private Facebook Page where you will find the live stream of the event. We will have the details of the online plant store available there.

When will my plants be delivered?
Your plants will be delivered in the week following the festival.

Can I attend without buying any plants?
Of course! Come for the music, artists and community.

Can I tip the musicians to show them my support?
Yes! We will have a virtual tip jar available.

I didn't receive my ticket confirmation
Check your junk mail. We will send the confirmation & details to the email you used to purchase your tickets.

VIP FAQ’s

Do you deliver VIP hampers to my suburb?
We will deliver VIP Indulgence hampers to the following post codes:
3977, 3201, 3200, 3199, 3910, 3198, 3930, 3911, 3912, 3913, 3915, 3933, 3931, 3934, 3918, 3926, 3937, 3936, 3938, 3939, 3941, 3916. Please also refer to the green zone in the map above.

Can I purchase a VIP ticket as a gift?
Yes! Purchase as many tickets as you want, we’ll be in touch to get the delivery details of the recipients and we’ll email them to let them know and get their delivery details.

When will my VIP Indulgence Hamper arrive?
Your VIP Indulgence box hamper will be delivered on Saturday the 23rd of May. 
Please make sure someone is home to receive delivery of your hamper.

Will I need anything else?
Make sure you have soda water and plenty of ice ready to rock and roll!

What time does the VIP early access start?
At 11:30am join us in the Facebook page for the official welcome and cocktail demonstration by That Spirited Lot. You‘ll receive an email with the password to access the online plant store. We will release the 10 exclusive VIP plants shortly after.
